Group Mentor Coaching
ICF ACC and PCC Mentor Coaching Group Program
Cohort Starts 3 February 2025 at 11 AM EST / 4PM GMT / 5PM CET / 8 AM PST
Deepen your understanding and application of the ICF Core Competencies, ensuring your coaching practice continues to meet the highest industry standards
A pre-program 1-1 call (15 minutes) to discuss your focus for the program, and learning needs
Group sessions are a combination of coaching a live client (other coach in the program), debriefing that coaching together, plus mentoring on competency distinctions for the credential level you are seeking
Identification of your strengths, and blind spots as a coach tailored to your unique coaching style, helping you refine your techniques and approach
Minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 individuals per group to ensure quality of mentor coaching
7 hours of group mentor coaching
3 hours of one-to-one mentor coaching with Eleonore (included in the price)
Benefit from the dynamic of group learning, where feedback is shared and discussed, offering a broader perspective to each participant
The minimum program completion time is 3 months as per ICF mentor coaching minimum time requirements
